The 2024 Annual Report filing deadline is 5 pm EST, Friday, September 27 th . The last day to file and select the payment voucher is Friday, September 20 th . The voucher and payment must be received and processed by the Division of Corporations by September 27 th . Credit card and SUNBIZ Account payments will be accepted until 5 pm EST, September 27 th .
Services Impacted: Sunbiz.org electronic searches and filings (Profit and Non-profit Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Certificates of Limited Partnerships, Fictitious Name Registrations and Renewals and Voluntary Dissolutions and Withdrawals and Online Certification) will be suspended at 5 pm EST on Friday, September 27 th and will not resume until 8 am EST on Monday, September 30 th .
Click here for current processing dates. The processing date is the date your filing was received by the Division of Corporations. Online filings receipt date is the date your credit card payment was processed. Filings paying by check the receipt date is the date of deposit of your check. This can be determined by viewing the back of the check that has cleared your bank. Look for our endorsement and a validation, this will be the date, followed by a 5 digit number, then a 3 digit number. Example 01/01/24 –01001 –001. 01/01/24 would be the receipt date.
